Our service levels are divided into the following order:

HOSPICE CARE HOME
“Health care at your convenience”, with on-call services available whenever needed. Everything, including required medical equipment and medications, will be set up.
INTENSIVE COMFORT CARE
24-hour medical care for those in need during challenging moments. This program offers acute symptom management following Medicare guidelines. Hospice care at home and in our hospice unit are the two services provided.
INPATIENT CARE
A special arrangement in cases where home care is impractical. A person has to be admitted for Inpatient Care if they have any of the following conditions: acute, complex, or uncontrolled symptoms.
RESPITE CARE
A temporary respite for primary carers to keep up their well-being and mental health. It can reduce stress for both the carer and the family.
FEE & REIMBURSEMENT
Most insurance plans contain a benefit for hospice healthcare services. We receive reimbursement from Medicare, and medical insurance, state and county funds. If there is no source for reimbursement, care will be provided on a sliding scale.
If you or a family member are considering hospice care, we would be happy to answer any questions you might have, either in person or by phone. We will be there to help you.
